The Liz Garden Events Experience
During our first contact, we review the information shared through the inquiry form or email, confirm date availability, assess event scale and discuss the venue. We then schedule a meeting, either online or in person, where we explore your expectations, inspiration, colour palette, architectural setting, emotions and the details that help shape an authentic and highly personal creative direction for your wedding or event floral design.
We develop a bespoke proposal that reflects the artistic direction of your celebration. Through an inspiring moodboard and a detailed presentation, we illustrate the overall concept, aesthetic language, floral selections, colour palette, styling elements, installations and logistical framework.
Every element is thoughtfully considered to create harmony between the venue, the flowers and the guest experience, resulting in an immersive, sophisticated and deeply emotional atmosphere.
Once the proposal has been approved, we move into a more detailed phase of development and refinement: carefully defined floral selections, textures, decorative elements and styling pieces, ensuring that every component contributes to the elegant and intentional visual narrative we are creating. During this stage, technical site visits, meetings with partners and, whenever required, mock-ups, floral samples and design trials are also carried out, ensuring both the visual coherence and logistical integrity of the creative proposal.
On the day of the event, the Liz Garden Events team oversees every floral and decorative element with discretion, technical expertise and precision.
